From your space you fill in the property details and upload the documents we ask for.
Receive your proposal
ÉLITI assesses the property and presents a proposal with the services and the financial terms. You accept or decline it.
Sign and begin
Management is formalized with a contract that can be signed remotely. Until then, you are under no obligation.
You decide.
No commitment when you register
Creating your account obliges you to nothing. A commitment arises only when you sign the contract.

Before deciding, you will know the services, the cost and the terms, in writing and inside your account.
